2020: The IDF selected to Ruselectronics 80 million rubles for production of domestic UPSes
On September 17, 2020 it became known of what the Fund of development of the industry provided to Ruselectronics (enters into Rostec corporation) a preferential loan in the amount of 80 million rubles for production of the domestic uninterruptible power supply units (UPSU).
Today in the Russian market uninterruptible power supply units of foreign production are mainly used. Thanks to support of Fund of development of the industry, we will organize production of domestic devices with power up to 14 thousand pieces a year — the CEO of Special designing and technological bureau on the relay equipment (enters into Ruselectronics) Gennady Kapralov noted. |
At capacities of this bureau equipment manufacturing for ensuring continuous operation of personal computers, equipments of data storage, the medical equipment, the systems smart homes and home appliances will be started at short-term power outage.
The IDF granted a loan according to the Conversion program. Detailed agreement details are not disclosed.
It is known that UPSes with double conversion of energy (on-line UPS) which as affirms allow to provide the most effective data protection of computers and file servers and also abnormal protection of the expensive equipment of industrial and household application at failures and failures in networks of power supply will be made. The equipment ensures continuous functioning of the connected equipment at the maximum load within not less than 5 minutes. Prolongation of time of continuous work due to external connection of additional rechargeable batteries is possible.
The beginning of production of such devices is planned for 2021. More exact terms of start of the company are not called.[1]
