Rostelecom implements the Smart City project in Anapa

2020: Plans of implementation of smart solutions to different spheres and the industries of municipal economy

Rostelecom announced on September 16, 2020 plans of implementation in Anapa the Smart City project. The relevant agreement was signed by the director of the Krasnodar branch of the company Sergey Polyakov and the acting as the head of the resort town Vasily Shvets. The parties intend to define priorities of development of a digital medium of the city, to develop the step-by-step plan of implementation of smart solutions to different spheres and the industries of municipal economy and to analyze amounts of works.

Upgrade will increase effective management of municipality, will improve the urban environment and will create more comfortable conditions for life of inhabitants and guests of Anapa. The similar project this year is implemented in Novorossiysk thanks to what the largest seaport of Russia was recognized as the first smart city on the Black Sea coast.

The republic of the childhood as sometimes call Anapa, deserves the most advanced and high-tech solutions. Security and comfort have here the paramount importance that children and their parents could devote quietly time to rest and pleasant impressions. And we have such solutions. As there is also an experience of their application in the big and small cities through the whole country. The command of Rostelecom will do everything possible for creation in Anapa of an effective, convenient and safe digital medium using which the set of issues, from smart video surveillance on streets to support system of acceptance of management decisions using artificial intelligence will be resolved, – Sergey Polyakov, the director of the Krasnodar branch PJSC Rostelecom told.

Among the smart technologies planned in Anapa options of implementation of intelligent systems of accounting of utility resources and energy saving, development of a management system for traffic, video surveillances and photovideo fixings, creation in the city of smart transport, smart stops and other digital solutions, useful to life, are considered.

Our cooperation will allow to create and implement in the territory of the resort of technology of smart housing and public utilities, smart parkings, smart public transport and all complex of components of the Smart City project which Rostelecom actively develops through the whole country.
