Kaspersky Lab will improve feedback mechanisms with employees using SAP

2020: The beginning of implementing solution for work with the involvement and the analysis of a feedback of employees

Kaspersky Lab began to implement the solution for work with the involvement and the analysis of a feedback of staff of SAP Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX). It became known on September 18, 2020. With its help the company will be able to collect and study experiment of four thousand workers on all HR processes which it is possible to face in the course of work in the company. In addition, a system will help to plan proactively actions for improvement of experience of personnel, to monitor their accomplishment and also to increase the involvement and motivation at all levels. Implementation will perform SAP Services CIS together with Qualtrics.

SAP Qualtrics EX will allow Kaspersky Lab to hear opinion of employees worldwide. It will help to reveal quickly difficulties which they meet, to work with expectations and to find methods to improve interaction in the company and also to define growth zones.

A system will include four types of polls: annual polls of the involvement, polls during the whole operating time of each employee in the companies, pulse polls and also polls 360o (collecting of a feedback from colleagues). The received results will online gather in the form of convenient dashbord in any cuts of an organization structure, including is retrospective.

It already the second solution of SAP selected by Kaspersky Lab for work with personnel: a few years ago the company among the first in Russia implemented SAP SuccessFactors for automation of HR processes at the global level.

We put many forces and means in providing comfortable working conditions for our employees. A feedback is one of the major tools which helps to improve many processes in the company. In the context of a pandemic when all company switched over to a remote operation mode, need for the convenient solution for collection of information from all four thousand employees was sharper. Owing to the fact that we have a big state and we conduct the activity worldwide, we need a clear and effective system. We tested the solution of SAP and were convinced that it as well as possible answers our tasks — Marina Alekseeva, the director of work with personnel of Kaspersky Lab noted.

In the competitive IT sphere it is very important to collect a feedback from employees and to build a company culture around their experience. All this will allow to hold workers, highly effective and rare by experience, and also to attract the best talents in the market. Results of implementation of an end-to-end system of management of experience based on Qualtrics together with our partners show that growth of efficiency of separate categories of personnel is up to 18%. This solution will help Kaspersky Lab with real time to collect a complex picture of a status of employees in all locations on the basis of correlation of indicators of a feedback and business results — Andrey Goryaynov, the deputy CEO of SAP CIS noted.
