2020: Integration of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity with Tomorrow Connect
In two years after implementation Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity the plant's management on processing automobile AGC Germany of the Glass GmbH glass decided to expand functionality of the project to provide a comprehensive protection of the enterprise from cyberthreats and quick response to potential risks. So, Kaspersky Lab provided integration of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity into the Tomorrow Connect platform developed by Tomorrow Labs company in cooperation with Fraunhofer IPA institute and mechanicians. This platform is used for prevention of delays of production by collecting, binding and data visualization of the equipment and ERP systems on different plant sites of AGC. It integrates information from different departments on the scale of the company that allows to achieve transparency and autonomy of production. Thanks to integration with a product of Kaspersky Lab the integrity of the data transferred to the Tomorrow Connect platform is guaranteed.

Adaptation of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity opened a number of opportunities:
- telemetered informations of production and the status of cyber defense are displayed on a control panel of the plant manager in real time;
- Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity guarantees that data of telemetry will not be compromised, and provides detection of anomalies and violations of security of jobs;
- Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity reveals violations of technology processes using DPI technology (Deep Pocket Inspection) that helps to avoid errors on production and to guarantee product quality.
The solution Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity is developed especially for protection of crucial infrastructures and industrial equipment. It uses a number of common methods of fight against threats, such as protection against malware, creation of white lists and management of vulnerabilities. Besides, the product provides access control to devices thanks to what clients can monitor connections to portable devices of data storage and peripheral devices.
