Was born on November 13, 1953 in Magnitogorsk of Chelyabinsk region.

Education

1976: MSTU of G.I. Nosov

In 1976 graduated from the Magnitogorsk mining and metallurgical institute of G.I. Nosov (since 1994 - the Magnitogorsk state technical university of G.I. Nosov (MSTU)), qualification: Metallurgical science, specialty: Equipment and technology of heat treatment of metals.

Career

1976: Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MISW)

To Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works came to work in 1976 with the heat-treater, further worked as the research engineer, the chief of research section of the central factory laboratory, the leading production engineer of the research and production center, the assistant to the head of department of foreign economic relations, the head of department of coordination of foreign economic activity, the head of the planning department and examinations of transactions.
