2020: Support of an IT ecosystem

CB Renessans Credit together with MOLGA Consulting increased process performance on personnel management. It became known on September 21, 2020.

The project on support of the uniform automated control system for personnel in CB Renessans Credit allows bank to increase continuously efficiency of HR processes and also to implement relevant completions in this area.

Implementation of upgrade of the automated control system for personnel in CB Renessans Credit came to the end more than 10 years ago, however development of the solution continues to this day. MOLGA Consulting undertook problems of support of an IT ecosystem and implementation of completions according to needs of the Customer.

Support of SAP for HR service was selected in bank in the separate direction that allows to close quickly tasks and to resolve the arising issues. Work of a support service is organized comfortably for users and constructed through the Service Desk.

For September, 2020 the command from MOLGA Consulting not only works 24/7, closing incoming requisitions, but also helps a team of CB Renessans Credit to understand difficulties of work in a system and to increase the competences.
