2020: Start in serial production
On September 21, 2020 the Ruselectronics Holding announced State Corporation Rostec development and start in serial production of electric furnaces for roasting of the ceramics which is applied in the radio engineering equipment. The product passed tests during which showed higher speed of heating and the best distribution of a temperature field, than at the analogs which are available in the market.
The Kolpakovy electric furnace is developed by specialists of NPP Tory (enters into Ruselectronics) and intended for processing of materials at a temperature over 1600 s in air environment, for example - ceramic parts and also products from refractory metals and alloys.
Furnace warming up time up to the maximum operating temperature – 5.5 hours. Management of temperature process happens in the automatic mode using the controller. The equipment maintains temperature with an accuracy of 2 degrees.
One more feature of the furnace is the lower loading of ceramics that considerably simplifies loading procedure and unloadings of products.
This electric furnace – our initiative development which initially we did for increase in self-produced efficiency. The products which are available in the market for high-temperature processing of ceramics did not give necessary indicators on the speed of heating and quality of end products. Our equipment passed tests, and we see interest in it from third-party customers. We are ready to serial deliveries and already signed a number of provisional agreements, - the CEO of NPP Tory Dmitry Trofimov noted. |
