2020: "100 linear particle accelerators" - the project on upgrade of radiological service in Novosibirsk
In September, 2020 the Medinvestgroup group announced investment of 2.2 billion rubles into updating of radiological service in Novosibirsk. Upgrade will take place in two stages within the large-scale project under the name "100 linear particle accelerators" which assumes investments in the amount of 37 billion rubles — means will go to the organization of network of the centers with linear particle accelerators in regions and creation of clinical education center.
At the first stage of the project replacement of two gamma devices and two linear particle accelerators based on City clinical hospital No. 1 is planned. At the second phase upgrade of radiological department of the Novosibirsk regional clinical oncological clinic will be carried out. Completion of construction works is planned in the first quarter 2021.
For implementation of the first stage of the project based on GKB N1 the lease agreement for 10 years is signed. The tenant - Siberian Center of Nuclear Medicine LLC (enters into Medinvestgroup) — undertook obligations for capital repair, equipment of canyons new modern linear particle accelerators.
It is noted that upgrade of division of GKB N1 will be carried out without breaks in delivery of health care to patients. The personnel of hospital will undergo advanced training according to requirements of international standards.
Medinvestgroup Group emphasizes that activity of the investor will be performed in the system of compulsory health insurance, so, residents of the Novosibirsk region will be able to receive services in treatment of oncological diseases free of charge.
Investments into updating of radiological service of Novosibirsk in the amount of 2.2 billion rubles will be returned the INSTANT due to rendering services to the population within compulsory health insurance.[1]
