2020: Plans of synchronization of the systems of Command center by the region and "smart city"

The systems of Command center will be synchronized by the region of Primorsky Krai and "the smart city". It became known on September 21, 2020.

Information system which will allow to react quickly to citizens' appeals, will be created in December, 2020. For September, 2020 there is a testing of service. A system will begin to work at the first stage of project implementation in Vladivostok, then will extend to the large cities and will gradually cover all municipalities of Primorye.

The digital platform will conduct collecting of addresses residents of Primorsky Krai in public authorities and social networks. Using Command center the region response to complaints of the population will become more operational.

Besides, it is going to synchronize the TsUR system and "the smart city". The authorities of the region are going to start the project on installation of "smart stops" in the cities of Primorye. Each transport terminal will be equipped with a virtual voice assistant. The artificial intelligence could support a talk practically on any subject and that is especially important, in case of need to call the police, the ambulance or the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and also to write voice addresses of residents of the region for authorities and to automatically send them to TsUR already in text option for the subsequent filtering and processing^[1].
