One of problems [with which the management and sales companies — a comment of TAdviser] — irregular transfer of meter readings by residents, manipulations face counters, understating of indications and an overexpenditure of standards — the director of MTS in the Kemerovo region Sergey Zdanovich says. — Often all this leads to exceeding of data of a consumption of water on the all-house metering device in relation to the amount of indications of individual metering devices on average up to 30%.[1]
