2020: Russia created the purchasing union of telecom operators
On September 25, 2020 it became known of creation in Russia of the Purchasing union of telecom operators. It will include participants of the market of deliveries of telecommunication equipment, including customers, suppliers, producers and financial agents.
The chief executive of Impulse Telecom company Alekseev Tarasov became the main ideologist of the project. The union will begin work in October, 2020.
Authors of an initiative pursued several aims among which — expense reduction on purchase of telecommunication equipment, receiving quasiequal conditions for community, acceleration of interaction of all participants of a supply chain, simplification of financing of projects.
Founders of the Purchasing union listed its basic principles:
- mutual assistance and improvement of financial performance of project participants;
- subscription fee;
- possibility of testing in the beta mode for the purpose of determination of benefit;
- possibility of submission of requests from conglomerate of customers.
For participants of the organization different rates depending on category of the member are entered. For example, regional operators will have to pay 50 thousand rubles a month, the federal telecom companies — 200 thousand rubles, integrators — 100 thousand rubles. The amount of a membership fee for producers is 50 thousand rubles.
Group rate (for groups up to 7 operators) - from 200 thousand rubles. Rates for the financial agencies depend on assessment of all participants and issue of credit limits. The rate can become covered by the content or marketing activity. If activity volume in a month exceeds rate cost, the participant remains in plus, founders of the Purchasing union of the telecom operator noted.
In August, 2020 within support of the Russian telecom Minpromtorg suggested to enter the schedule for purchases by state companies of the domestic telecom equipment and storage systems from the Register of the Russian and Eurasian industrial output. The quota for such goods is going to be set at the level of 30–50% of purchasing amount.[1]
