The fishing collective farm of V.I. Lenin implemented a thermal system for control of an epidemiological situation at the enterprise

On September 24, 2020 it became known that on objects of fishing collective farm of V.I. Lenin within additional measures for counteraction of spread of a coronavirus the modern equipment for determination of body temperature of employees is installed. New technological solutions from Hikvision company were composition.

As a basis of an automated system of thermometry for security of employees thermovision IP- the camera Hikvision DS- 2TD2617B-6/PA was selected. The solution allowed to make contactless check of body temperature at the people arriving to the enterprise territory. The thermal camera mounted at the enterprise can check up to 30 people at the same time less than in 0.2 seconds. Thanks to it it was succeeded to solve a problem of queues and big accumulations of people on a checkpoint, as much as possible to reduce risks of infection. In case of detection of the raised indicators the operator receives an alarm on the basis of which an additional inspection of the person using medical the equipment is carried out. As the result, by means of modern technology equipment was succeeded to solve completely problems of the organization of control at new factory and to improve quality of control of a sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the enterprise numbering more than 1500 staff.

In addition within the project on equipping of Fishing collective farm of V.I. Lenin security systems made upgrade of a perimeter system of video monitoring. On perimeter of the territory of factory more than 50 IP cameras with high resolution of 8 Megapixels and powerful IK-illumination which replaced 2 Megapixels the cameras mounted on an object earlier were installed. Enters functional features of a security system: tracking of violations of perimeter of the protected zone, ensuring face recognition even in night-time, sending a disturbing signal for the receiver at unauthorized invasion. The detailed image without loss of valuable information allowed to get high resolution and also to provide reliable protection of an object against unfair workers, is hidden taking out products from the territory, using the smaller number of cameras. All system is constructed on the Trassir platform developed by the Russian company integrator DSSL which specialists helped at a project startup.

Each project on creation of a security system, and in modern conditions also on control of an epidemiological situation, is in own way unique. For our company as for integrator, it is always important to penetrate into a problem of the customer and to help with solving of tasks of the client. The project for factory of fishing collective farm did not become an exception. Before start of the project we showed to the management of the enterprise of a possibility of the equipment, told about key features of thermal cameras, provided personnel training on work with systems. The installed system of video monitoring is easy-to-customize also use, at the same time allows to solve the main objectives which are set for it. The offered functionality from Hikvision company completely approached under requirements of the customer for security of an industrial facility and monitoring of key areas on the protected area.
