GE signed the delivery agreement of the equipment of substations for ensuring power supply of the Arktik of LNG 2 project

2020: The delivery agreement of 110 kV of the distributor with gas-insulated isolation of F35

The GE Grid Solutions company – division about creation and equipment manufacturing for power networks as a part of business of GE Renewable Energy – announced on September 22, 2020 TAdviser signing of the contract with Technip company on delivery of 110 kV of the distributor with gas-insulated isolation of F35 (RUE) for "Arktik LNG 2", the large project on liquefied natural gas production (LNG) located on Gyda Peninsula in Western Siberia (Russia). Technip acts as the contractor on the project of Novatek company "Arktik of LNG 2". Delivery of RUE of production of GE is going to be performed in 2020 — 2021.

The distributor with gas-insulated isolation of F35 from GE is one of compact constructive solutions RUE in the class. Aluminum elements of the body provide the low heat and electromagnetic losses caused by induced currents and considerably simplify installation. Besides, F35 model provides the advanced system of sealing of SF6 raising it reliability in operation.
