On September 30, 2020 РТКомм.РУ announced providing access to the high-speed satellite Internet to children with limited opportunities of health which undergo individual distance learning and live in remote and hardly accessible areas of the Novosibirsk region.

Services are rendered in result of the won competition and the contract with the Public budget educational institution of the Novosibirsk region signed on its basis of Oblastnoy center obrazovaniya (SEI NSO OTsO) within implementation of the state program "Development of education, creation of conditions for socialization of children and the studying youth in the Novosibirsk region for 2015-2020".

Using the satellite Internet the children with limited opportunities of health living in any hardly accessible or remote region of our country get full access to electronic educational content and services on an equal basis with the city peers. They can tighten remotely knowledge of the main objects, profoundly learn foreign languages, be engaged on elective courses and circles with assistance of personal teachers.
