The intelligent system of face recognition represents the solution on a basis artificial intelligence which allows distinguish persons in a video flow, identify them and to bring information out of a profile of the client of century Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
2020: Opportunities and scopes of application

A system correlates the photos of the client saved in CRM to the image received from a video flow in real time, defining features, a sex, age and other parameters.
As works:
- 1) Creation of a repository
- Photos of the client remain previously in his CRM card.
- using cloud services Azure Cognitive Services a system will recognize the person in the photo and through Face API creates its "mold" in Azure Person ID storage.
- Person ID is appropriated to contact and remains in CRM.
- This procedure is performed at the first start and every time during the adding of contact or change of its photo.
- 2) Face recognition
- After persons in a video flow are identified, through API check of coincidence of the image(s) to a photo in the database is performed — whether there is in CRM a similar or identical person.
- Similar persons can integrate in groups on the common visual features.
- When the necessary photo is found, a system returns Person ID, and CRM opens a card of the corresponding contact.

- Security service (including for control in organizations with limited access)
- Face control in public places and on mass actions
