Buaron: automation contributed to the development of distributor network

In Buaron company "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete system implementation. Processes of budgeting, trade management, payroll and personnel records, accounting according to IFRS, accounting and tax accounting are automated. The project is executed by 1C Company: Accounting and Trade (AT).

Buaron - Buaron Laboratories subsidiary company, engaged in production of homeopathic medicines. The subsidiary company was open in Russia in 2005.

The main works on system implementation are performed in eight months. For department of logistics and a warehouse an inventory control of medicines, defects accounting, delivery of drugs on the analysis in the relevant supervisory authorities, accounting of promotional materials is automated.

The department of distribution had an opportunity of conducting settlement with distributors with different conditions of agreements, to calculate discounts, to create reports on a credit line and debt due dates. The possibility of loading of the plan for the income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget) in an information system from spreadsheets is implemented; carrying out the plan-fact analysis of the sales budget and purchases and the budget of cash flow (BCF) is provided; costs planning on the wage fund (WF) by the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR) and positions is automated.

Regarding accounting according to IFRS accounting of doubtful debt allowances, accounting on charge of expenses, broadcast of postings from RAS and relaying of postings in a current period for last period is automated; a number of special reports is developed for submission of reports to parent organization.

System implementation contributed to the development of distributor network of the company. In a project deliverable information exchange between head office and the Russian division of the company is accelerated.
