2020: Representation of technology

SOFTWARE Electric device JSC entering into Avtomatika concern State corporations Rostec mastered technology of drawing a mirror metal covering on products from any materials. The covering is put with method of chemical metallization that increases wear resistance and hardness of the covered product. On October 2, 2020 reported about it in Avtomatika concern.

The Avtomatika concern mastered technology of drawing a mirror metal covering

The technology can be applied when drawing marking or a decorative covering on a surface of parts and products from different materials and alloys: tree, plastic, polyurethane, ceramics, plaster and others.

Receiving a brilliant metal covering by method of chemical metallization is based on "reaction of a silver mirror" and is carried out in several steps. At the first stage the binding soil covering using the sprayer is applied on a surface of a product. Further on a product specially prepared reagents causing chemical reaction as a result of which on a product the snow-white mirror covering is formed are sprayed.

The final stage of this process is putting the protective lacquer protecting a metal film from tarnishing and mechanical wear. Adding of the painting pigments in protective lacquer allows to give to a covering different colors and shades.
