TsV "Leaked" conducts document flow in Directum

In the center of implementation "Leaked", engaged in distribution of pharmaceutical products, the implementation project of the Directum ECM system is complete. A system is installed more than on 4 thousand jobs, work of most divisions of customer organization is automated. The project was executed by Directum company.

Within the project the following business processes are automated: registration of the entering and outgoing documents; approval, a statement using the EDS of contractual and administrative documents; approval and approval of internal regulating documents; control of execution of internal instructions; holding meetings with a possibility of flexible management by cyclic meetings with a large number of questions, solutions and contractors; authority delegation.

Integration of an ECM system with a DB "FRAME" and Oracle E-Business Suite regarding exchange of handbook data and details of documents is executed. Further it is going to automate legally significant electronic document management with drugstores and partners of holding.
