The Airplane group normalized data on purchases using a cloud service of B2B-Center. Announced this B2B-Center on October 5, 2020.

Specialists of the Airplane Group and B2B-Center normalized several thousands of positions of the reference book of materials which are bought by the developer. The command developed templates of the description of each position, excluded duplicating (8% of total amount) and not identified (14% of total amount) positions, led the description and units of measure to a uniform format and also added missing technical characteristics and data on producers.

In 2019 the Airplane Group began global digitalization and automation of all business processes: from implementation of BIM design of all stages of construction before work of the companies of Group which service objects after commissioning. Therefore we decided to bring order to our reference book to coordinate among themselves all processes and is transparent to keep end-to-end material accounting, - Natalia Torlopova, the project manager in the Airplane Group told.

The Airplane group is engaged in complex development of territories and implements projects of a full stroke therefore the reference book contains all construction range: from an armature and concrete for construction of frameworks to the sanitary equipment and accessories.

We need end-to-end accounting to obtain specific data. What material was in the project what we bought - the original or an analog in what quantity and at what price as its cost who makes it and with what technical characteristics changes. Without this information it is impossible to predict purchases, to put the budget and in details to plan construction. Exact data allow to improve project solutions, to achieve comfort for future inhabitants of our houses and to control cost value of construction, - Natalia Torlopova explained.

Normalization of data of the reference book allowed specialists of the Airplane Group to increase correctness of data on purchases and use of materials and also to reduce time for the organization and tendering process.

On the basis of long-term experience with reference books of industrial output of our clients we created Darwin service which works according to the SaaS model. It can be used for search of errors and duplicates, structuring and normalization of data and also joint work of specialists of our company and clients. Darwin uses machine learning therefore it is capable to save the person from the large volume of routine transactions during the work with master data, - Andrey Boyko, the commercial director of B2B-Center noted.
