2020: Implementation of the unified information system

Corpsoft24 company implemented the unified information system for theme park of entertainments Island of Dream. It became known on October 5, 2020.

"The island of the Dream" — the covered theme park of entertainments. Total area is 100 hectares. In the territory of Island of Dream there is a well-planned landscape park of 44 hectares and also the space of a city promenade covered with glass domes and theme park with 9 fantastic zones and attractions. The area of the covered part of the project is 300 thousand sq.m.

Process of automation lasted 17 months, works went at the same time with construction of buildings and making of communications of the park. During this time specialists of Corpsoft24 designed and implemented an automated system.

It is our first joint project. Thanks to huge preparatory work by description of business processes, to creation of an internal project team – more than 25 people – were succeeded to sustain terms and budget restrictions. We continue to increase functionality, we develop a system taking into account requirements of the legislation for goods marking. Our task was to create the reliable and well protected platform for collecting and data processing to lower costs and to increase efficiency of each object, - Alexey Kenya, the CIO of HK "Island of the Dream" says.

The scale of Island of Dream in which different zones of entertainments for different groups of visitors are integrated was feature of the project.

Specialists of Corpsoft24 in a work progress automated 9 functional areas and more than 150 business processes: management of real estate lease, maintenance and repair of the equipment, personnel management, accounting and tax accounting, salary accrual, budgeting, treasury, contract management and purchases, inventory control, retail.

Use of big set of difficult configurations 1C and also their mutual coordination became the main complexity of the project. When implementing it was necessary to pay huge attention to system architecture and issues of integration, to involve the best experts of the company to development of key solutions. Taking into account complexity and feature of the project the majority of solutions was developed specially under the customer who already had an experiment on implementation of the American ERP system — Konstantin Renzyaev, the CEO of Corpsoft24 told. — We managed to combine methodology on implementation and Russian software from 1C. Applied prototyping methodology. The project went to three stages. Each prototype differed from previous, at the second and third stage developments were added. It substantially allowed to approach start of a system, having the prepared command on the party of the customer.

Special attention was paid to data protection, it is provided with the built-in technologies 1C and creation of specialized roles of access.

Besides, for ensuring operation of a system with specialists of Corpsoft24 training of employees of the customer was provided.

Main project deliverables:

• creation of the uniform protected information space for implementation of operating and financial activities;
• acceleration of business processes of collecting, processing and movement of primary credentials;
• daily control of financial flows;
• increase in controllability of business and labor productivity in the company due to reduction of non-productive costs and costs;
• receiving up-to-date information about productive and financial and economic activity for operational efficiency evaluation of work and acceptance of management decisions.
