The Moscow social and economic institute completed implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. The project is executed by office "Avrobus" of 1C Company: Accounting and Trade (AT).
The decision on system implementation was made for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activity of settlement and personnel departments of institute. The selected system allowed to solve assigned tasks short term without completion of functionality.
In a project deliverable the following sections are automated: calculation and salary payment; calculation of holiday and hospital payments; accounting of use of working time; formation of the staff list; registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure; personnel office-work; calculation of the regulated taxes and contributions; exchange with accounting base for reflection of the accrued payroll, taxes and contributions in accounting and tax accounting; obtaining reporting under employees.
The problem of allocation of costs for salary on faculties as one teacher can conduct occupations at several faculties is automated. A system allowed to prepare the reporting by divisions and cost items, to reflect staff expenses in the general management reporting of the enterprise.
Settlement and personnel departments are united in a single system. The centralized data storage about the staff of institute and operational work with them is provided. In a project deliverable there was an opportunity to objectively estimate costs for the salary by divisions and to distribute funds according to priority of these or those activities.
