"Technologies of the Future" implemented the Neuroniq warehouse system at "The Klimovsk pipe plant"

Staff of Technologies of the Future company implemented the project on system implementation of NEURONIQ of SKLAD on the production and warehouse complex "Klimovsk Pipe Plant" entering into POLIPLASTIK Group (Moscow region). Technologies of the Future reported about it on October 6, 2020.

The system implementation purpose – the organization of a priority of a registration and automation of a call of transport arriving to the territory, an exception of a human factor in the course of coordination of the movement on the warehouse territory.

System operation begins with formation of requests for arrival of the vehicle. The requests planned the day before are imported in the form of the table to NEURONIQ base. The requests placed during the present day are added by the operator manually. The drivers coming to loading/unloading independently register arrival using touch terminals. The procedure requires input of an order number in the accounting system of the company, the phone number of the driver (for the SMS of informing) and state. a machine number which replaces numbers of the coupon.

After document creation drivers are added by the program to the list allowed on loading or unloading. On readiness of a warehouse the manager causes the following in queue. The SMS message, and state goes to the mobile number specified at registration. number of the called vehicle is displayed on a street information display and on the checkpoint officer's panel.

Process of service of drivers takes place along in advance programmed route which can be in case of need changed by the manager of a warehouse complex on duty. At the same time templates of routes for different types of orders were made, and it is enough to operator of a warehouse to click "on route", without thinking of a way of traffic.

The notification of drivers about a transit happens by means of the SMS notification and voice messages that allows to reduce time of employees spent for informing on the procedure of passing of stages of loading.

For registration of movement of transport on route, the RFID card used in the ACS system of the Klimovsk plant is issued to drivers. The card helps to identify the client in queue, and employees of a warehouse do not need to enter data on arrival/departure of the car.

System implementation of flow control of cars and automation of informing drivers allows:

• exclude a chaos in design points: drivers expect in machines without concern to pass a call.
• increase capacity: the call of cars occurs only on the released warehouses.
• reduce time of stay of motor transport in the territory of a warehouse: the manager of a warehouse quickly reacts to deviations about which the intelligent system of NEURONIQ signals.
