RISPPR Intelligent Decision Support System

The purpose of the Intellectual Decision Support System of the Regional Level (RISPPR) is to form options for management decisions in priority areas of the socio-economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation using modern methods of advanced analytics, mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence.

RISPPR will automate the solution of the following tasks:

• Providing employees of the authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation with operational information on indicators of the socio-economic development of municipalities and the region as a whole, the Russian Federation and foreign countries through automated loading of initial data from various sources;
• Monitoring of the socio-economic development of the region, comparison with other subjects of the Russian Federation using modern visualization tools, including the use of electronic maps;
• Formation of a system of models for the development of the region's economy using modern mathematical methods that ensure high accuracy of modeling with adaptation to rapidly changing external conditions;
• Solving problems of variant scenario forecasting of short-term (up to 1 year), medium-term (up to 3 years), long-term (10-15 years) type;
• Target management objectives with regard to limitations;
• Automatic generation of recommendations on selection of activities to achieve the goals;
• Generate consolidated analytical reporting.
