The ANCOR company brought to the market the platform for the help to the dismissed employees in job search. It became known on October 9, 2020.

According to unofficial data, the number of the unemployed in September, 2020 was about 11 million people across all Russia. Waiting of the second wave of self-isolation against the background of optimism coronavirus pandemic to the personnel market does not add too. The ANCOR company proposed to employers the technological solution MeConsultant which will help to leave in an amicable way employees and will support them in search of other work.

MeConsultant is the program in which recommendations and practical tasks for candidates are collected. The user receives the step-by-step instruction at each stage of job search, beginning from the analysis of offers in labor market, and finishing drawing up the summary, assessment of the strengths with the choice of the best offer from the potential employer. Besides, an opportunity to add and edit the summary is integrated into the MeConsultant program, i.e. all options that the applicant could make a portfolio at once are collected and pass from the theory to practice of employment.

In fact, works with MeConsultant as the personal HR consultant, only all processes are most automated — the head of practice of HR consulting of ANCOR company Anna Dmitriyeva explains. — MeConsultant will allow to learn about the different strategy, channels and searching tools of work. The program contains also motivational blocks which will help the user not to despair if it is impossible to achieve result quickly.

In the first two weeks of work service attracted more than 500 users. Within several months passed test of MeConsultant with different employers.

For the employer dismissal of employees is not less psychologically heavy, than for dismissed — Anna Dmitriyeva explains. — Not to mention a negative which can affect reputation of a HR brand. Responsible employers understand it therefore the autpleysment practices in many companies: people are helped with search of a workplace. Before emergence of MeConsultant Hr'am it was necessary to be engaged in it literally 'in the manual mode'. Quite normally, when a small amount of employees leaves the company. But so far as concerns considerable reductions, the help is necessary. The program allows to remove this labor-consuming task from HR managers, giving them the chance to be engaged in the solution of other, not less important tasks.

For the beginning of October, 2020 service is available only to employers: they give access to the portal to the dismissed employees. In the nearest future also individuals will be able to subscribe for MeConsultant.
