"Tape", one of retail networks of Russia, announced on October 12, 2020 start of mobile application by Dreams for new employees.
By "dreams" it is developed on the platform of the application IT- holding TalentTech. It is intended for candidates who get a job in the central office "Lenty" of century St. Petersburg. One week prior to employment each of them can download the application on platforms iOS and Android for acquaintance to the company. Adaptation takes place in playful way: for studying of each of seven levels the employee earns points and fights for positions in rating. After employment the user of the application gets access to documents, regulations and internal resources of the company.
The company tested the application for two months. The focus group into which the employees who are recently suited in Tape entered was for this purpose created. The application was improved on the basis of a feedback. Employees of the central office became its target audience.
