On October 12, 2020 the Dassault Systèmes company provided the educational initiative 3DEXPERIENCE Edu designed to help students and specialists with job search and allowing them to receive professional skills. Opening opportunities for training at an extent of all life and connecting educational institutions to industrial enterprises based on platform 3DEXPERIENCE, the company will promote employment of specialists.
According to the company, within an initiative 3DEXPERIENCE of Edu the Dassault Systèmes company will publish the training materials, to develop global partnership, to create education centers, to recruit students in tenders and competitions in the field of sustainable development and also will create a complex of training courses and programs of certification for professional users based on platform 3DEXPERIENCE. These programs and resources are aimed at development of the collective intellectual potential opening key roles and skills. Besides, they will provide formation of other methods of cooperation of educational institutions with the enterprises that will allow to accelerate implementation of methods in the industry and transformations of educational process due to training at a basis of practical experience (experience-based learning).
Though researches showed a certain gap also earlier between those skills which are necessary in the industry, and those that give training programs, the pandemic of COVID-19 showed the need for retraining, advanced training and training of specialists that the companies and educational institutions could accelerate the transformation. The initiative 3DEXPERIENCE of Edu relies on experience of Dassault Systèmes in 11 industries, providing support for five million students of all age and also for the academic institutions, the companies and specialists aiming to optimize the knowledge, to increase the expert potential or to expand opportunities for employment.
