Smart Car Park is a "smart" parking which is based on video surveillance and the analysis of the received video record.

This hardware-software solution is perfectly integrated in the system of video analytics DH-DSS4004-EMS. It is access control of the smart parking from Dahua and its functionality allows to save money for the organization of work of the parking, and process of use of the parking for the client considerably becomes simpler.

Smart parking Dahua consists of 4 components:

• Digital access control by means of the ANPR camera. Use of the ANPR camera for identification of cars on a license plate considerably increases system effectiveness of control of entrance/departure from a parking. To get to the guest on the parking it is enough to contact the operator on the VTT201 on-door speakerphone, and the operator will open a barrier.
• Video surveillance behind entrance on the parking and high-precision recognition of numbers. The cameras ITC237-PU1A-IRHL can distinguish the state car numbers of all countries of Europe with an accuracy of 95%.
• Search of the European autonumbers when using video recorders of series 4K Ultra. The Dahua NVR5208-8P-4KS2 video recorder supports resolution 4K of Ultra HD (3840*2160 pixels) in a write mode, online viewing and for record reproduction. In usage time of advanced function of search, a system will display the image of the vehicle, its license plate number, the history of entrance/departure, and necessary record in a single window. For convenience the video recorder can save these data on the external information medium.
• Intellectual management of the Dahua DH-DSS4004-EMS system. The system of the smart analysis DH-DSS4004-EMS has specially developed software for command center. This specialized cross-functional platform, easily is controlled, and its cost is rather not high, in comparison with analogs. The command center reacts to the entering emergency calls from VTT201 panels, search of video and image in dates/times/licence plates from the general archive is implemented.
