According to information for March 2021, the Dipa platform:

  • Provides a Single Window for users. Thanks to the dialog interface, instructs users to fulfill their job responsibilities, answers questions, and provides support. Increases user loyalty to IT systems.
  • Replaces the first user support lines by independently solving simple 24x7 incidents. Integrates with ITSM systems (e.g. Service Now, HPSM, Jira). Connects the operator if it fails itself.
  • Simplifies interaction between users and the IT system (SAP, Oracle, 1C, CRM, SRM, etc.), through integration with IT, performs actions for the user (create a requisition, query, view status, upload a report, and much more).
  • Collects business process analytics, identifies narrow necks, and helps you make management decisions. Based on analytics, offers personalized services for the individual needs of each user.

Dipa provides the ability to track metrics by business process by identifying pain points for users.

Analytics is used to make management decisions about interaction with users, whom to train and what, as well as to identify points of optimization or automation of business processes, including through the use of RPA technologies.

To build more complex reports, the platform allows you to:

  • Add new data sources (e.g. staffing structure) both by connecting new services and in.xls format
  • Serve as a data source for BI systems already implemented at the customer (SAP BI/BO, Tableu, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

2020: Launch AI platform to train employees to interact with complex IT solutions

On October 14, 2020, it became known that Gagarin.ai was launched in Russia - an AI platform that allows you to quickly train employees to interact with complex IT solutions, and also helps them in their ongoing work thanks to integration with the company's ERP systems.

As explained, the product was created by Russian developers on the basis of neural networks and artificial intelligence, and inside the dialogue solutions lies a smart NLU engine (short for Neuro Language Understanding), due to which the chat bot understands the natural language and easily communicates with the user. Gagarin.ai can work with various instant messengers - Telegram, Slack, Viber, FB Messenger, etc. - as well as be embedded in any accepted corporate communication channels, both text and voice.

The platform helps companies increase user loyalty to updated technologies and quickly transform business processes at multiple levels. Using the dialog service, the Gagarin.ai trains employees on the functionality of IT systems, answers questions and, if necessary, provides technical support. Thanks to integration with ERP systems (SAP, 1C, etc.), the service also allows you to automate routine work on purchasing, warehouse, sales, etc. For example, at a user's request, the virtual assistant can create standard requisitions and contracts, monitor the status of documents, or make trips. Through this, Gagarin.ai saves up to 60% of employee time in the ERP system, allowing them to focus on performing business tasks. The platform provides additional functionality to company leaders - the ability to collect business process analytics and make management decisions based on this data.

This product allows companies to save on the support of the ERP system, the wage fund, as well as on training personnel when implementing complex software and onboarding employees.

The development of the Gagarin.ai began in 2019, and by the fall of 2020, the platform had withdrawn from beta testing and was included in the global list of certified SAP solutions. Among other things, this means that there is already a ready integration, and the service does not need to be configured on a case-by-case basis.
