GSI and Michelin: transition to mezhnunarodny e-document flow and integration from 1C
Michelin is the international company which delivers buses to 170 countries of the world. Production of buses at 69 plants in 19 countries.
The business processes of Michelin company started in GSI:
- exchange of delivery notes, invoices with suppliers
- agreement signature and agreements with partners
- archive of electronic agreements in GSI
- international exchange of tasks with Michelin Romania
Integration with 1C
GSI developers added a feature to process incoming documents in 1C. For each partner signs were registered in 1C. If he works with electronic documents, after signing of the EDS they go to Michelin to it automatically. If the partner wants to receive with documents of the PDF copy, it is also specified in sign. That the form of the electronic invoice and invoice for payment corresponded to a paper form in a personal account of the partner, the Tensor finished their visualization. Now on documents there is both a Michelin logo, and a payment due date.
Simplification of document handling by the receiver
The client receives electronic documents from Michelin instantly. At receipt of buses from Michelin on a warehouse it is necessary to verify documents with delivery. If the client detects in himself a resort, excesses or shortage of buses, in GSI it rejects the document with an explanation of the reason. Depending on a situation of Michelin or adjusts the available documents, or does the additional invoice and TORG-12 and sends to the client to GSI. Documents appear at the client at the time of sending.
Archive of electronic agreements in GSI
Tensor transferred archive of earlier signed agreements with partners to GSI.
Besides, finished the system of search in archive: it was possible to select agreements only on a TIN and the check point earlier. Added complementary filters to GSI, and now it is easy to find the necessary document by the name, date of the conclusion and the termination, category. In GSI to all documents there is an access through mobile application.
International exchange of tasks with Michelin Romania
Availability of the English-language interface allowed to begin use of GSI in the Romanian division customizing the accounting systems in Michelin, in September, 2017.
In GSI the task is set on the party of Michelin Russia, passes on the set regulations for obtaining the electronic visa of responsible signers and only after that gets on accomplishment on employees from Romania.
