AKAM: The TENDERING module (or TRM - Tender Relationship Management) is part of the 1C: CRM solution and as of April 2021 solves such tasks as:

  • automation of the tender department,
  • organization of joint work of specialists of the tender department and related departments (sales department, logistics, warehouse, legal department, financial department, accounting and others),
  • allows you to maintain tender sales in 1C.

The product "AKAM: TRADING MODULE for 1C: CRM" is designed to automate the work of tender departments, organize the joint work of specialists of the tender department, as well as related departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, legal department, financial department, accounting, etc.).

AKAM: The TRADING module can work on the basis of a stand-alone 1C: CRM solution, but the maximum effect appears when the solution is built into accounting solution1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Integrated Automation 8 and 1C: ERP. In this case, end-to-end business processes are fully implemented.

In the extension "AKAM: TRADING MODULE for 1C: CRM," the function of automatic import of tenders for selected filters and keywords according to the schedule is implemented. Each new published target tender becomes a leader within 1C: CRM and its development becomes part of the business process of the sales department or tender department.

In the AKAM delivery, the BIDDING module includes a pre-configured sales funnel for the tender department.
