The scientific clinical center of precision and regenerative medicine of Kazan Federal University (Kazan) was equipped with an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system. On October 20, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported about it.

The center was created for increase in a public health by complex use of fundamental scientific knowledge and the innovative technologies in clinical practice. In the activity the organization adheres to the concept which is focused on the patient. However, before getting on appointment and to receive the highly skilled help, visitors need to expect in queue. At the same time standing in "live" queue is followed by constant nervous tension, does not allow to relax because of a concern to pass the turn and is fraught with emergence of the conflicts.

For improvement of service quality in the medical center the management system for queue of NEURONIQ which allows to create comfortable conditions of waiting was implemented. After the choice of the purpose of visit on the touch terminal and obtaining the coupon with number the patient gets rid of need to look for and remember extreme, there is an opportunity to dispose freely of the time instead of tracking of queue.

For convenience of both visitors, and personnel of clinic, before offices LCD panels on which the reference information about the doctor and number of the called patient is displayed were placed. If the employee conducts acceptance, the board is highlighted in red color if the doctor is ready to service – green.

Besides, due to providing reports on process of service of the population the intelligent system of NEURONIQ helps to optimize work of organization. On the basis of statistical and operational data the administration can trace load of personnel and the number of clients, to reveal the most loaded days and hours, to plan the working schedule of employees and to react timely to the arising problems.
