2020: Completion of development of a BI-application "Monitor of the resource manager"

On October 20, 2020 the ALP Group company (ALP-IS LLC), the Russian developer of the IT solutions for management of the large commercial and state organizations based on software products of 1C announced completion of development of a BI-application "The monitor of the resource manager". With its emergence ALP Group became the owner of a full range of tools for integrated management of internal processes – according to the model of Lean production.

According to the company, the module "Monitor of the Resource Manager" – the most often used BI-application of the organization – is intended for daily monitoring of loading of each employee, and consists of blocks of planning/adjustment and control of execution.

The Planning block allows to trace in real time how many planned normative tasks are appointed to the specific employee (the developer, the consultant, the head), and on each project.

In turn, the Control block shows what tasks were carried out and what – are not present; what was accepted the customer at once and that – is given on completion; whether some works were transferred. At the same time, according to regulations, by each parameter the head weekly reports to the resource manager. Then, on the basis of reporting data, effectiveness ratio for any period are calculated: timeliness of problem definition, level of documentary ensuring the current development processes (existence of a request from the customer, terms of reference, etc.) and also workmanship of work (acceptance both on the party of the customer, and in ALP Group). From one party, such automation optimizes efficiency and level of project implementation, and with another, can be used for job evaluation of personnel and decision making about encouragement and promotion of employees and also collectings.

In addition to "The monitor of the resource manager", "The passport of the project", "The head's monitor" and Profitability are among BI-applications of ALP Group. Thus, in ALP Group automation of internal processes of development and process management according to regulations of Lean production is complete. Besides, in the next plans – creation of a robotic subsystem of informing customers on the course of projects. It will allow in the automatic mode and with the set frequency to create reports which structure will be same, as in the usual "Passport of the project" (documentation, the planned and performed works, quality evaluations, SLA, risks). As a result, both the customer, and the contractor will receive an identical objective cut of information on the course of implementation of each stage of the project.
