On October 21, 2020 PJSC MTS, the Russian company on providing digital, media and telecommunication services, announced project implementation on transfer of the Internet portal of Altai Krai to Amic.ru in a cloud of #CloudMTS provider. Migration in a cloud allowed the client to increase the speed of work of the website and provided its high availability even in hours of peak loads. Daily the resource visits more than 90 thousand people who want to learn about events in the region, to leave the comment or to listen to a podcast.

Transition to the cloud platform of MTS allowed to store and process data and also to cope with the growing load of the website. Cloud computing allows Amic.ru to increase the resources necessary for maintenance of high performance of the website. For access to a cloud the Internet channel of provider is used.

We understood that possibilities of our own server are not boundless: in peak hours when a large number of people visited the website to read some important news, it could be loaded slowly. We did not want that our reader went to other place, began to look for the solution – did not begin to buy own server because of the high cost and lack of an opportunity to quickly scale IT resources. We cooperate with MTS not the first year – earlier we connected mobile and fixed connection of the operator, - the technical director of media group of FM-production Vitaly Lebedkin told.

Cloud solutions are extremely demanded among clients of MTS. Business even more often connects cloud services at providers of communication as we can provide to users a range of services, for example, telecom services and data transmission channels.
