This decision of the governor causes me only support and words of gratitude. On the issues on which we work with Oleg Modorisovich Yagfarov, we always get help and a quick solution. A highly restrictive, highly professional leader, he does not count with his personal time. We jointly resolved issues that we could not move before this for years, we are implementing new directions, - commented Oleg Nepochatov, director of the regional Department of the Federal Postal Service of Russian Post JSC.[1]
