In VH-DAF Moscow company, the official dealer of the DAF cargo vehicles, the implementation project of the Monitor CRM system is complete. As the partner in implementation the Laboratory of Audit company is attracted.
The project is begun in January, 2010 and is complete in a short time.
Implementation of the CRM system formed a basis of creation of a common information space for high-quality work with clients of the company. When choosing the CRM solution the cost and flexibility of a system were considered.
According to the client, functionality of a system allowed to implement initial customer requirements and can be adapted for the solution of specific tasks of business. The CRM system is set in administrative finance division of the company and in sales department.
By means of the CRM system control of all process of the transaction is exercised: payment control, signing of conditions, collecting of necessary documents, shipment. Fixation of all contacts with clients allows to control work of managers and to analyze their activity. The module of analytics of the CRM system simplified process of commercial analytics, increased its objectivity.
Further the client is going to set the Web version of a system. First of all, it is necessary for work of the head of the company Serge Van Hyulle. After setup of the WEB INTERFACE he will have an opportunity of remote access to CRM base via the Internet and will be able to control work of the Russian office from any place in the world. Further it is going to integrate the customer base with all service stations.
Upgrade
Updating of the operating Monitor CRM CRM system at the customer was carried out by developer company, the message about project completion is published on January 30, 2013 by the press service of the contractor.
The main objective of the carried-out upgrade — optimization of work in a system at the expense of the new, advanced interface. Now each employee of the company can configure a workplace under himself and get quick access to the most demanded functions.
Earlier in a system sixteen employees of the company worked. Together with updating five additional jobs of "Standard" are purchased.
