In Prince of a Loft shopping mall implementation of the information system Maconomy Property Solution is complete. The project is implemented by FTS company.
Implementation of the ERP system allowed to keep the consolidated account of the lease and other agreements connected with the real estate; automate drawing of accounts and accounting of payments; it is more effective to manage relationship with tenants and contractors; receive the broad picture of cash flow on a real estate and partners; carry out revenue analysis and receivables in real time.
ERP system was integrated with a system "Bank Client" automatically to process cash receipts from tenants and their diversity under agreements. For the purpose of visualization of employment of floor spaces a system was also integrated with the interactive plan of shopping center available on the website of the company.
In a project deliverable time expenditure is reduced by administrative work, the transparency of business processes increased.
