2018: Implementation "Opening of the checking account On-line"

JSB Absolyut Bank (PJSC) in April, 2018 completed implementation of the Opening of the Checking Account On-line project. Project implementation was enabled by Aml Technology LLC company.

Key project tasks:

• provide a possibility of application for opening of a checking account via remote channels (the website of bank, other electronic platforms);
• provide a possibility of reservation of the account in 30 minutes;
• reduce time for check of the client to opening of a checking account;
• provide transparency of process and optimize labor costs.

As a result of system implementation of FBR the following results are achieved:

• time for conducting check of the client before opening of a checking account is reduced from 5 working days to half an hour;
• the client gets a number of the reserved account online;
• opening of the account and connection of RBS requires only one visit to bank, or a meeting with the bank representative on customer premise;
• decision making process is formalized, subjective factors are excluded, fixation of results of each stage is provided;

"Manual" work when conducting check is completely excluded;

• labor costs when carrying out identification of the client and opening the account are reduced from 2-3 to 15-30 o'clock minutes.

During the project of Aml Technology LLC showed profound knowledge of business process, a product and kliyentoriyentirovanny approach to implementation of tasks. The deadlines of implementation delivered before a project team were observed. JSB Absolyut Bank (PJSC) it is completely satisfied with result and expresses gratitude to Aml Technology LLC.
