The information and analytical system of monitoring of the passenger taxi based on dynamic transport model of the Moscow transport hub will be finished. The Center of the Organization of Traffic (COT) announced the corresponding tender for 29.9 million rubles in October, 2020.

As explained to Kommersant in TsODD, this system works in the capital since 2016: it collects information on the movement of the taxi and car-sharing and automatically checks presence of work authorizations at taxi drivers.

After completion, follows from a competitive task, TsODD will receive more detailed reports about movement of these vehicles: places of the end of trips to a specific time frame, places of the parking under prohibition signs, data on violations of traffic regulations and places where drivers most often exceed the high-speed mode. The algorithm of identification of illegal taxi will be implemented, however details about its work in technical specifications are not disclosed.

On the basis of Big Data occasional parking spaces will be created, stops are organized, routes of land transport, etc. are reformatted. The center specified that in system operation the thermal card will be used, in particular.

According to the Moscow department of transport, by the end of October, 2020 in the capital of Russia 56.4 thousand machines of the taxi and 26.5 thousand — car-sharing work.

Affirms that in September, 2020 the Moscow taxi drivers violated traffic regulations more than 411 thousand times. Most often drivers were fined for non-compliance with a marking and speeding. Besides, in anti-rating appeared driving on the selected band where it cannot be done, and a stop in not put place.[1]
