2020: Use of the digital exercise machine

The digital exercise machine trains personnel of boiler-and-turbine workshop of the Ufa CHPP-1. On October 27, 2020 the Krug company reported about it.

Against the background of more and more becoming complicated technologies and management systems the probability of commission of errors by operators of the technology objects leading to considerable production losses repeatedly increases in power. For the purpose of increase in effective management of the equipment of combined heat and power plant and decrease in abnormal danger by the management of the Bashkir generation company the program of training of operation personnel using digital technologies is adopted.

The digital double of the BKZ-160-100 boiler of hypermarket, the PR-25-90/10/0.9 steam turbine and all-exchange equipment of the Ufa CHPP-1 is created using KTK TRACK of production of KRUG company and also the software of development of FBGOOU WAUGH of "IGEU", and completely corresponds to the thermal scheme of the capital technology equipment.

The digital exercise machine is developed taking into account features of the operating APCS of a boiler and the turbine with repetition of dynamic symbolic circuits and control algorithms, automatic control and also the technology protection and blocking implemented based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000).

Implementation of the computer simulator as the digital double of an APCS of a boiler and the turbine of the Ufa CHPP-1 allows to receive skills of operation of the equipment, without endangering personnel and the equipment of boiler-and-turbine workshop in learning process.
