2020: Development of an intelligent system of search of the addresses

The NLogic company (enters into ICKX Holding) announced on October 27, 2020 development of an intelligent system of search of the addresses in the federal information address system (FIAS) for state budgetary institution of the Moscow region "MOBTI". Further the solution of the company can be scaled under other subjects of the Russian Federation.

The system of nlogic company allowed to automate process of search of the addresses in FIAS base and thus considerably lowered load of the staff of MOBTI.

Before one address the employee spent for processing on average 20 seconds, our system processes the same request in 0.45 seconds that it increases efficiency more than by 40 times, - Andrey Bogomolov, the head of ML projects of nlogic comments (enters into ICKX Holding).

Problems of a system include recognition of each address of an object of capital construction loaded into it in the Moscow region, its separation into components from the subject to number of the premises, verification of presence of the address in FIAS base and assignment to it a certain status. At correctly specified address a system notes its relevance, shows to the user the layout and codes (the Federal Information Address System, RCATU, the All-Russian Classifier of Territories of Municipal Units, the KLADR Code, the zip code). In case of the incorrect address or irrelevance of its component, renaming or resubordination to other element of address structure, a system using artificial intelligence analyzes all available options and offers the user three most relevant addresses at choice and also prompts that the address was initially entered as approximate.

Separately It should be noted that the nlogic command created the system of the statuses which was developed specially under the client's tasks for achievement of automation of process of search of the addresses. A system includes six types of the statuses of the recognizable address and also the statuses of its relevance. This approach allowed to simplify significantly work with a system for end users.

The solution implemented in work of MOBTI can be adapted for other sections of process automation and also to become a part of the whole ecosystem of digital solutions of nlogic.
