October 26, 2020 Technologies of the Future announced that KGBUZ Dalnegorsk Central City Hospital (Primorsky Krai) optimized process of acceptance of patients in clinics by means of a management system for queue of NEURONIQ.

The administration of Primorsky Krai pays special attention to distant territories of the region. Over 140 million rubles were selected in 2020 for an overhaul of the Dalnegorsk TsGB and equipment procurement, in particular for an electronic queue for adult and children's clinics.

NEURONIQ helps with work of registries which are the most loaded departments (more than 400 visits daily). The patients coming to medical institution by means of the touch terminal receive the coupon with number in queue. It allows to avoid errors in the choice of a window, to avoid pass forward those who only to ask, and to get rid of need to remember extreme and the one who before it just in case.

The hardware and software system creates comfortable conditions of waiting for citizens. At the expense of the automated flux profile of visitors time of stay in clinic is reduced, capacity of registry increases, service quality increases and the image of the medical organization improves.
