2020: The Czech entrepreneur starts tours to Russia for an inoculation from COVID-19

At the end of October, 2020 the businessman of the Russian origin Andrey Konstantinov living in Prague announced the organization of the tours in Russia meaning performing vaccination against COVID-19 coronavirus. The product under the name Sputniktrip is offered at the price from 30 thousand Czech korunas (about 100 thousand rubles).

As Konstantinov told Kommersant, by October 27, 2020 it creates the waiting list which size is several hundred people. The entrepreneur expects to be engaged in the organization of trips at the time of start of mass vaccination in Russia.

The businessman signed the agreement with the Moscow clinic JSC Meditsina, agreed with capital hotels and also found out a possibility of visa support for those who in the conditions of a quarantine will want to make a trip to Russia.

According to Konstantinov, the client paying this trip should receive at first the official invitation from clinic. On the basis of it the customer will receive the visa for time necessary for vaccination. Vaccine is entered by two doses with an interval of 21 days.

And if does not work, I will return money — he said, commenting on deniability of clinic from vaccination of foreigners.

As vaccination by medicine from the Center of a name Gamalei takes place in two pricks, there are two options. Or the person comes almost for a month: do it the first inoculation, then will organize an entertainment program, in three weeks — the second prick, then check antibodies. Or between two inoculations of people returns to the Czech Republic.

The assistant to the Minister of Health Alexey Kuznetsov in a conversation with Kommersant called such rounds normal fraud, having explained it with the fact that vaccination from COVID-19 on commercial terms moreover and for tourists, is impossible.

The managing partner of office of PEN & Paper Bar in St. Petersburg Alexey Dobrynin notes that formally the idea on the organization of trips to Russia for vaccination of foreigners does not contradict the law.[1]
