2020: Announcement of Confera

On October 27, 2020 the DeLight 2000 company announced development of the CONFERA conference platform for meetings and video conferences.

According to the company, for October, 2020 when office spaces become really distributed when more and more employees work far off, more and more companies think of creation of digital office where project teams for creation of the creative ideas will meet. The digital, or "smart" office requires existence of the smart systems and smart furniture.

The CONFERA conference platform is:

• smart conference table of CONFERA AViTable where the control of the built-in equipment happens to the help of several intuitive touch buttons. CONFERA AViTable looks as a normal table for negotiations, with that difference that all digital materials are located on monitors just before participants of the meeting, and the smart microphone system provides the audibility of the speech of each speaker;
• the CONFERA View media center which connected in one body the screen, the speaker system and the video camera for carrying out a video conferencing.

Confera

The CONFERA conference platform allows to show content from computers, notebooks, tablets, smartphones including to remote users, to carry out video conferences so that all attendee everything was well visible and heard. Now the head during all meeting can see persons, but not napes of interlocutors, and itself to manage the meeting course.

The size of monitors, their permission, brightness and arrangement in a conference table of CONFERA AViTable are calculated on the basis of requirements of ergonomics of visual sensation of information. During the meeting the visual contact with all attendees remains: the natural conversation face to face, the equipment does not block participants at the event. Construction of a table gives the chance to be located comfortably during the meeting, – depth of an underframe is executed strictly in accordance with GOST. Any reference legs – seating of participants of the meeting can be absolutely any.

Owners of a system should not spend time for selection of the equipment and design of an audiovisual complex, laying of communications, carrying out construction and finishing works.

The CONFERA conference platform is one more solution created by DeLight 2000 company. Work on the conference platform began in 2019, the equipment and materials from different producers was tested, several prototypes are made. We continued to upgrade SONFERA, did not achieve desirable result yet. In development process we created basic other product that is confirmed by two patents: on useful model and on an industrial sample. Mikhail Petrov, the CEO of DeLight 2000 told

The quality of materials and lack of the equipment on a table-top allows to carry out quickly sanitary surface treatment that creates premises for use of CONFERA in negotiation - hubs where the working groups gather during a pandemic.
