2020: Plans of implementation of AI for digital transformation of department

On October 26, 2020 it became known that Emercom of Russia is going to implement artificial intelligence for digital transformation of department.

It it was stated at a meeting on determination of priorities in improvement of an alerting system of emergency with participation of the head of department, Evgeny Zinichev.

For October, 2020 Emercom of Russia completes trial operation of mobile application by determination of so-called "thermopoints" - the ignition centers, with a possibility of modeling of probable zones of distribution of the fires.

Service is intended for operational informing heads of municipalities and representatives of RSChS of other departments. Thanks to the application, it is possible to take quickly measures for suppression of ignitions, to beforehand direct required forces and resources to protection of the locality, to evacuate the population if it it is necessary to request the help, i.e. to minimize effects of the approaching threat. This mobile application will be started in 2021.

Besides, Emercom of Russia conducts work on digitalization of process of assistance to the population which was injured at emergencies via the Uniform portal of state services and other available information services. It will allow victims to submit applications for rendering a necessary assistance to them to public authorities in electronic a format^[1].
