In 1976 graduated from the Moscow cooperative institute of Centrosoyuz (since 2006 - the Russian university of cooperation). Qualification: merchandiser of the top skills, specialty: merchandizing and organization of trade in industrial goods.

In 1998 graduated from the Belgorod university of consumer cooperation (since 2011 - the Belgorod university of cooperation, economy and the right). Qualification: lawyer, specialty: law.
