2020: Transition to "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of edition 3.1
The state housing inspectorate of the Rostov region automated payroll calculation. On October 29, 2020 the company Gendalf reported about it.
GZhI made the decision to transfer payroll calculation from the outdated configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of edition 2.5 to relevant base "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of edition 3.1.
It was necessary to make transfer taking into account all completions of the existing configuration and also to rewrite the most part of printed forms, to execute completions by settlement documents, to get rid of errors of last periods.
For updating and systematization of information base "1C" addressed to GENDALF company. Discussed stages of transition to the structured system and its further maintenance.
The contractor selected the strategy of step-by-step data transfer, booked audit of correctness of accounting. And further transferred GZhI to edition 3.1, having made the necessary completions of functionality: developed a set of additional printed forms and finished a payroll system and personnel documents. Later provided training for the personnel using the program.
As a result we received a calculation base which meets our requirements. Report forms are in current status. All salary accounting conforms to standards. Employees bear responsibility for work in base and see only that information which is necessary to them. They could optimize the labor costs because time for loading and data processing decreased. Manual work on payroll was reduced. All reporting is prepared quickly now and submitted within the shortest possible time, including monthly reports. |
