2020: Use of IVA AVES VKS

The videoconference of the Automatics Concern was used during a meeting of the Council on the priority direction of the Strategy for the Scientific and Technological Development of Russia. The Concern announced this on October 30, 2020.

The conference was attended by more than 60 people, with the maximum possible load of IVA AVES of 400 people.

At the meeting "Transition to Digital, Intelligent Production Technologies, Robotic Systems, New Materials and Design Methods, Creation of Big Data Processing Systems, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence" through the IVA AVES system of the Automatics Concern, members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) discussed the agenda representatives of leading scientific centers and universities of Russia, federal executive bodies, state corporations and business.

The IVA AVES video conferencing system is a joint development of JSC Research Institute Scale of Automatics Concern and HayTek Group of Companies. The solution guarantees convenient and reliable communications of employees regardless of their location and the subscriber equipment used (personal computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone).

The technical specifications of the system ensure full compatibility of the software development platform of JSC "Research Institute" Scale "with VKS of various manufacturers, which gives customers the possibility of a smooth transition to domestic solutions. Also, the IVA AVES solution is tested for compatibility with video conferencing equipment - Cisco, Polycom, Avaya, Yealink and LifeSize.

The IVA AVES server allows you to organize conferences with the simultaneous participation of up to 400 people, while the number of parallel conferences is not limited and all conferences can be recorded. It is also important that the server is owned by the customer, and unlike foreign VKS systems using a cloud platform, guarantees that only participants in the session will have access to information.
