Purchase of data center owner CoreSite

On November 15, 2021, American Tower announced the acquisition of CoreSite for $10.1 billion. The perimeter of the transaction included cloud transitions, gateway connections and 25 data-processing centers (DPC) to the USA. Sale of 30% of telecom company ATC Europe

On May 5, 2021, American Tower, the leading telecommunications infrastructure in the United States, announced the sale of 30% to its European company ATC Europe. The asset buyer was the investment group Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). As part of the transaction, she will pay 1.6 billion euros.
