On November 6, 2020 the SIAM Consulting company announced implementation of automated information system "1C: Holding Management" in JSC Refservice.
Description of preliminary works on implementation:
When choosing the program for automation of JSC Refservice were guided by its multifunctionality, scalability, support, operational change of the program at changes of requirements of business.
Specialists of SIAM Consulting company analyzed the existing solutions of 1C Company for selection of the corresponding product meeting requirements of JSC Refservice.
After the carried-out analysis of solutions a choice was made for benefit of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of holding".
Within implementation Treasury in 1C: Holding Management for Head division of JSC Refservice the main requirements to an automated system are defined:
- Implement functionality of the block Treasury in 1C: Holding Management for Head division of JSC Refservice;
- Automate processes:
- Creation and approval of Requests for payment;
- Creation and approval of Registers of payments;
- Loading of limits from Excel;
- Control of limits by the Organizations, the CFD, Articles, Partners, Agreements;
- Configure necessary reports, including the status report on a current debt between Partners and the companies of Group (primary documents, DZ/KZ);
- Configure integration into other software products (bank clients and the STZh-Kompleks system).
- Integrate the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP and 1C: Holding Management configurations.
Implementation:
Implementation of 1C Management of holding, editions 3.0 was performed by two phases:
Phase 1 – Deployment 1C: Holding Management and implementation of the block Treasury
- Formation of Technical specifications on configuring of the block Treasury 1C: Holding Management on the basis of modeling of settings and processes together with users:
- Carrying out inspection of the current work of treasury;
- Business process modeling of Treasury according to the revealed processes and requirements;
- Input of the regulatory information (reference books):
- Setup of the necessary basic regulatory information;
- Input of uniform reference books of articles of DDS, BDDS it agrees information provided by the Customer;
- Input of limits and remaining balance under the articles and agreements;
- The 1C: Holding Management setup according to Technical specifications:
- Setup of processes of approval of requests for payment and registers of payments;
- Setup of necessary reports;
- Setup of rules of control and restrictions by the organizations, the CFD, articles, partners, agreements;
- Setup of rules of creation of requests on the basis of agreements for automatic filling of fields of the CFD and Articles;
- Setup of communications with documents payment references;
- Setup of integration into adjacent programs;
- Key user training of a system;
- Trial operation (user support for the beginning of work in a system).
Phase 2 is data transfer and functionality from 1C: Accounting 8 CORP in 1C: Holding Management 3.0
- Transfer of configuration changes 1C: Accounting 8 CORP rather standard in the 1C: Holding Management configuration for preserving of non-standard (modifed) functionality.
- Consolidation of configurations 1C: Accounting 8 CORP and 1C: Holding Management with preserving of the existing documents and reference books.
- Report settings and mechanisms of control of settlement with partners (KZ and DZ)
- Trial operation (user support for the beginning of work in a system).
Results:
- The 1C: Holding Management base is unrolled,
- The block Treasury including mechanisms of input and control of limits of the Organizations, the CFD, to Articles of DDS, Partners and agreements is configured.
- Processes are automated:
- Creation and approval of Requests for payment;
- Creation and approval of Registers of payments;
- Loading of limits from Excel;
- Control of limits by the Organizations, the CFD, Articles, Partners, Agreements;
- Necessary reports are configured:
- Register of payment orders;
- Status report on a current debt;
- Cash flow analysis;
- Cash statement;
- Balances in cash
- Daily report of DDS;
- The additional report Payment schedule is created.
- Integration with the STZh-Kompleks system, exchange about bank - the client is configured
Results of Implementation:
- Transparent planning of cash flow.
- An opportunity to manage on a centralized basis cash flows of the company.
- Reduction of terms of approval of payments and formation of registers.
- Increase in control of budget implementation.
- Operational formations of data on liquidity and status of calculations.
- Uniform instrument of operational (managerial) and regulated accounting.
- Increase in transparency of economic transactions with a possibility of detailing to 6 analytical cuts.
- End-to-end planning process of cash flow and control of settlement with partners.
- Total number of the automated jobs: 75.
