2020: Optimization of accounting on a unified plan of accounts

In Septem Capital investment company the project on optimization of accounting on a unified plan of accounts is complete. Homnet Group which reported about it on November 9, 2020 acted as the contractor of the project.

Before start of the project in Septem Capital account was kept in a system which in process of growth and development of investment company ceased to cope with the large volume of client transactions. Low data processing rate involved a number of problems and inconveniences. Process of accounting required optimization with t. h. time expenditure and number of manual transactions.

Proceeding from requirements of the company the decision on replacement of the current system on more effective was made. One of criteria on which Septem Capital in the choice of the solution relied consisted in system performance, including the speed of import of data from the subordinate systems of internal accounting.

Compliance to functional and technical requirements to the Infrared system Septem Capital found in the solution "Homnet: NFO".

Within the project specialists of Homnet Group implement a complex of solutions "by Homnet: NFO", including the modules "Administrative Activity" and "Financial instruments" for automation of transactions with securities, the credits and deposits.

For the purpose of implementation of the automated data transmission between a back office a system and "Homnet: NFO", is implemented a subsystem "Instruments of integration". Within integration exchange of primary accounting information and data for calculations is performed: the reference information on securities and partners, information on perfect transactions, settlement with clients and issuers, market data of financial instruments.

Also on the project specialists of Homnet Group develop functionality of loading of statements (the standard functionality of 1C was expanded the module on filling of analytics in bank documents).

The final stage Homnet Group organized and provided key user training from Septem Capital to features of work in a system.

Transition to this accounting system was made without violation of the built workflow of Septem Capital. Full methodological and technical support from Homnet Group on work in "Homnet: NFO" during the project also allowed to simplify and accelerate considerably process of adaptation to work in a system for the staff of investment company.

As a result in Septem Capital the system of accounting on a unified plan of accounts conforming to requirements and expectations of investment company is constructed. Such functions as accounting and tax accounting, preparation of supervising statistical reporting, the financial instrument transaction and trust management are automated. The project allowed to minimize the number of manual transactions and to lower load of employees.

System "Homnet: NFO" is put by Septem Capital into trial operation and delivered on support.
